Once the perfect location is found and the business terms are agreed to, we continue to support our clients through the planning and building process. In addition and through our network, we are a resource for other professional service companies to assist with the transaction.
Business Advisory
We offer our clients an opportunity to meet and discuss a real estate strategic plan for their business operations. The focus would be identifying the client’s future space needs, seeking alternative location options and sharing knowledge of the market conditions. The real estate process from strate to finish may take anywhere from 9 months to 1 year so having a comprehensive strategic plan will allow the client time to find that best location and give us negotiating leverage to get favorable lease terms.
Consulting
We also offer consulting services for businesses who would like to expand their operations into non-traditional venues, such as airports, military bases and malls.
