“I began my search for an office in November of 2021. I was unhappy at my job and ready to start looking into opening my own office. I was nervous and I didn’t even know how the procedure worked with a commercial real estate broker. I was referred to Cathy by my residential real estate agent. One call to Cathy and my mind was at ease. She was so patient and kind, she took her time to explain everything to me about how it worked.
From there we began the search. My budget was low and the offices that were available were just not fitting my needs, and my job was more tolerable for the time being. So we took a pause. There was never any pressure from Cathy, she explained that the timing needed to be right for me. We picked up the search again in June of 2022. Cathy was so professional in organizing the different showings for me, which checked the boxes of my needs and budget. We finally landed on the ideal space! The layout was perfect, it was in my budget, and I could really see myself growing here as a business owner.
Now came the tricky part, getting out of a strict contract with my current employer before I signed the lease on this new office. I was stressed and worried sick over this situation. Cathy was there to take all of my phone calls and she was so nurturing and positive. I even mentioned to her at one point in the process that I felt she was really going above and beyond the limits of her job! I had someone I could confide in and look to for support. She is different from any real estate agent I have ever met!
In the end it all worked out. I’m sitting and writing this review from my beautiful office, feeling so happy with where I’m at. I could not have done this without Cathy. Her knowledge, caring manner, and confidence in finding the right spot got me to where I am today. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a professional space!”
